Job Role-
- To provide graphic design solutions and support to the creative team to ensure the execution of campaigns and projects are delivered to the highest standards set by the Creative Director and Studio Manager.
- Think creatively - be adept at creative problem solving and provide design solutions for the brand whilst working with BBC’s Brand Guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency of graphic design across all media
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas. Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback. Amend final designs to approved feedback and gain full approval.
- Ensure close collaboration with colleagues in the Design and Production teams as well as managing key relationships with internal clients.
- Participate in studio-wide creative processes, such as the giving and receiving of feedback on selected creative output; brainstorms for priority design projects; reviews of studio practice.
- Support the Design Studio Manager in regular backing-up of work, and in the maintenance of the departments artwork archive. Be active in participating in discussions around workflow efficiencies best practice.
This is a job that would require more experience in the industry to grow my portfolio, I would also need to study graphic design at university. However this is a job that would excite me
Designer/ Brand Strategy- Twitter
Job Role-
- Support UK Brand Strategy team across a range of design & creative needs – from building pitch materials, bringing to life big ideas, mapping out the stages of an idea using Twitter UX – to creating visually compelling presentation narratives and best-in-class case studies
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to concept branded solutions that showcase elegant uses of the Twitter platform and meet brand objectives

Qualifications-
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with advanced design skills, or have equivalent experience. Video / Animation training and skills a bonus
- 2+ years experience in an advertising agency with digital focus, or related experience
- Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote; After Effects, Premiere, Cinema 4D desirable
- A digital work portfolio that showcases an excellence in visual design & creative strategy
- Desire to stay current on new digital advertising technologies and Twitter related ecosystem partners and their capabilities
- Ability to handle and prioritise multiple projects and to adjust to inevitable changes in timelines, deadlines, and project goals
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and in a cross-functional team environmentI haven't got degree in Graphics Design so I would need to go to university.
